Keynote Speaker – How the Best Staffing Firms Show Up First and Stay Top of Mind
Presented by: Bill Brennan, EOS Worldwide & Outgrow Advisor along with ASGroup Members who have implemented the process

In staffing, relationships are everything — but most firms only engage clients when there’s a problem. That means 80–90% of your best customers rarely hear from you… even though they’re the readiest to grow.

In this practical, fast-paced session, Bill shares how top-performing staffing companies are building stronger, stickier client relationships through simple, proactive outreach. No scripts, no software — just a system of helpful, human contact that makes your team unforgettable.

You’ll learn:

  • How a 2-minute proactive call can deepen trust and uncover hidden opportunities.
  • Why your best clients are quiet — and how to re-engage them before competitors do.
  • How to turn everyday service reps into confident relationship builders.
  • The 5-call-a-week rhythm that keeps your team showing up and staying top of mind — without adding work or pressure.

Take-home value- all will receive a practical playbook for turning great service into lasting client relationships — and a growth habit they can build into their weekly routine.
